Configuring the Stage
The AI Interview stage is uniquely dynamic. When initially added to an assessment, the system automatically generates recommended interview topics based on the job description provided during the assessment setup.
Topic Discovery & Initialization
The configuration panel displays a list of pre-generated topics. Administrators can further customize these by adding new questions or adjusting the overall interview duration.

Topic Hierarchy & Customization
Clicking the edit option on a topic group allows for a granular breakdown. You can refine specific sub-topics to ensure the AI agent focuses on the most critical competencies required for the role.

AI-Powered Topic Regeneration
If the initial topics need to be overhauled, the Generate with AI feature can be triggered to refresh the entire interview structure based on updated requirements.
Note: Regenerating topics will replace any custom manual configurations previously applied to that stage.

Candidate Selection Options

For a complete forensic review, the system provides a verbatim transcript and a chronological log of the dialogue between the candidate and the AI agent.
