  • Stage Initiation: Both the Candidate and the Assessment Coordinator receive an automated email notification as soon as a candidate starts any round of a stage. This confirms and logs the beginning of the attempt.
  • Stage Submission: Upon the successful completion of any round, the system triggers a confirmation email to the candidate and a submission alert to the coordinator. This ensures that the hiring team knows exactly when to begin their evaluation or evidence review.
