Overview
The Enterprise Plan is our premium tier designed for organizations that require complete control over their brand identity and complex organizational structures. This plan transforms CoderScout into a fully integrated, white-labeled extension of your company.
1. Custom Branding (White-Labeling)
The Enterprise Plan allows for deep customization of the platform's visual identity. Tenants can replace CoderScout's branding with their own, ensuring that candidates and non-admin users interact with a version of the system that is uniquely yours.
Global Visual Identity
- Full Asset Replacement: Configure your own logos, favicons, and wordmarks to appear everywhere in the system.
- Primary Color Themes: Choose a primary system color that aligns with your corporate website. This color will be consistently applied across the platform—from buttons and accents to links and headers.
- Branded Login Environment: Candidates arrive at a login page that features your branding, including a customizable heading and sub-heading to provide a professional first impression.
Branded Candidate Lifecycle
The branding isn't just limited to the platform; it covers the entire candidate journey:
- Email Notification Cycle: Every email sent to candidates—including invitations, stage reminders, and result notifications—is fully branded with your logo and colors.
- Seamless Experience: By using your own brand assets, you build trust and provide a cohesive experience that reflects your company’s professional standards.
Dedicated Subdomain
Project a professional corporate image by hosting your assessments on a dedicated CoderScout subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.coderscout.io).
- Brand Recognition: Ensure candidates see your company name in the URL throughout their assessment journey.
- Unified Navigation: All system links—from email invitations to the candidate portal—are served via your unique subdomain.
- Isolated Environment: Provides a clear, branded entry point that distinguishes your assessment environment from the generic platform.
2. Multi-Workspace Management
For many organizations, the concept of a "Workspace" remains hidden until the Enterprise Plan is activated. Once enabled, it unlocks powerful organizational capabilities.
Organizational Structure
- Left Sidebar Integration: The current workspace is clearly displayed in the left sidebar, providing immediate context for where you are working.
- Workspace Switcher: Easily toggle between different workspaces to manage assessments for multiple teams, departments, or business units from a single account.
Scale and Collaboration
- Dynamic Creation: Enterprise users have the option to create additional workspaces from the sidebar, allowing for complete isolation of assessment data between different hiring funnels.
- Workspace-Specific Invites: Invite users to join specific workspaces only. This allows for granular control over who sees what, with roles and permissions defined specifically for the needs of that individual workspace.
- Team Isolation: Ensure that departmental data (e.g., Engineering vs. HR) remains separate while still allowing global administrators to oversee the entire organization.
