February 2, 2026 Release
Highlights
This release strengthens large-scale hiring workflows by introducing resume-based screening in Contests and enhanced proctoring controls.
🚀 New Features
Profile Screening for Contests
Who it’s for:
Campus hiring teams, mass recruitment drives, contest-based hiring
What’s new:
Contests now support a Profile Screening stage as the first step, allowing resumes to be evaluated before candidates enter timed assessment stages.
You can optionally enable Resume Scoring, which evaluates each resume against defined criteria and computes an overall fit score.
Why it matters:
This helps filter out unqualified candidates early, reduces load on later stages, and improves fairness by allowing only relevant candidates into competitive rounds.
Auxiliary Camera Enforcement (Proctoring)
Who it’s for:
Organizations running high-integrity assessments and contests
What’s new:
You can now require candidates to use an auxiliary device (such as a mobile phone) as a secondary camera during proctored stages.
The auxiliary camera is positioned to keep the keyboard and laptop screen visible.
Why it matters:
This adds an additional layer of integrity by reducing the risk of external assistance or unauthorized tools.
What You Should Know
- Profile Screening in Contests must be configured as the first stage.
- Resume Scoring is optional and can be enabled per contest.
- Auxiliary camera enforcement can be enabled via proctoring settings.
What’s Next
We’re continuing to expand pre-screening and integrity features to make large-scale hiring more efficient and trustworthy.
