Overview​

The Resume Pool is a centralized storage system designed to help you manage large volumes of candidate profiles. Instead of handling individual applications, you can upload resumes in bulk to build a searchable talent database.

Core Capabilities​

1. Bulk Upload & Automated Parsing​

You can populate your pool by uploading resumes in several formats including PDF, DOC/DOCX, or ZIP archives for large batches.

  • AI-Powered Parsing: CoderScout automatically extracts key data from uploaded files, including contact information, skill sets, experience, and education history.

2. Candidate Evaluation & Scoring​

Once parsing is complete, you can use this pool for Scoring Criteria used in the profile screening stage. This allows you to automatically rank candidates according to how well their profile matches your specific job requirements.

3. Direct Invitation​

Candidates within a Resume Pool can be seamlessly transitioned into active recruitment stages. You can select individual profiles or entire pools to invite them directly to Assessments or Contests.
